Our technicians and managers spend lots of time and effort to obtain good looking puppies with agreeable personalities and they take every precaution to see that the pups are sound and healthy! It is only after a licensed veterinarian gives these pups a clean bill of health and proper immunization that we can accept them into our Petland store. Once a pup gets here, it is bathed, vaccinated, put on a nourishing diet and it begins the important period in its life that we refer to as socialization; we begin teaching our pups how to become pets.

While in our care, puppy vaccination programs continue! Diets are closely monitored and hygiene is meticulously maintained. Our people are dog lovers! And because they are, constant handling and playing with all the pups in our store occurs! When we place our pups in a playpen, we are inviting every dog lover to pet and cuddle as much as they want. We realize that all this contributes to the pup's socialization, and that every pup's temperament is improved by it

90-Day Health Warranty: All of our puppies are on a regular preventative schedule from the breeder and then to us. This includes vaccinations against canine distemper, hepatitis, parainfluenza, canine parvo, bordetella (kennel cough) and de-worming. All of our puppies have been treated for Coccidiossis. Coccidiossis can flare up under the stress of a new environment. In this case you may see a slight mucous stool and occasionally accompanied by what appears to be a spec or two of blood. This is easily treated if it occurs and is covered by the 90-day health warranty provided to all our puppies.

60-day Health Insurance: Puppies are babies and we understand that unexpected incidentals can occur. Therefore, we offer a 60-day health insurance to provide peace of mind; even accidents are covered with health coverage.

1-year Congenital/Hereditary Warranty: Genetics are very difficult to predict and a congenital/hereditary condition may appear in a puppy. Every puppy includes this 1-year congenital/hereditary warranty.

We are devoted to increasing the quality of life and health of puppies. We maintain very strict Animal Welfare Best Practice Standards pertaining to the procedures in the handling and caring of our gorgeous puppies.

Return Policy

Purchasing a puppy should not be an impulsive decision, and it is our customers' responsibility that they are making a decision for the lifetime of the puppy. This Petland store incurs considerable expense and risk when a puppy leaves our store. While we do not loan our puppies out, we do understand that sometimes customers decide that they have a made a mistake in purchasing a puppy. If the customer decides within the first forty eight (48) hours of purchase that they are unable to keep this puppy, at this sole discretion of the Petland General Manager, be returned for a refund of the purchase price less a cash administration fee of 50% of the net purchase price.
